Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 48 hours of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or log into your account and request a return. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or customized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Digital products and downloadable content are also non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
